Once upon a time, a long time ago, men of nobility looked upon women to be the gift givers of life. They brought the gift of children and the gift of love. Women of larger stature, with very rounded hips, were less attractive to the eye but were thought to have the gift of bearing healthy children, and more likely a male child. Those of a more slender stature were more pleasing to the eye, and therefore considered to be the bringers of love. In ancient India many of these harems were separated from the wives, and the love maidens were trained by men of nobility in the arts of what pleased them, or what became the art of love. And then the younger love maidens were trained by the master mistresses, and as time went on they became very skilled and many were referred to as possessing the fingers of the gods. And hence-forth came the Kama Sutra. And as time still went on the age of agriculture gave way to industry.
