To the Message Boards

In March of 2000, on a sultry spring eve, Avenue-X was born. Created by Angelena, the site was intended to offer a home to a few sassy Virginia ladies specializing in making their time available to some special southern gents. Shortly after going live, the only other local board closed. Avenue-X then became the central message board for the state of Virginia and thrived.

After 2 years, Angelena hung up her stilettos and decided that it was time to take a break from the escort world. Sadly, Avenue-X disappeared with her. However, she held onto the domain name hoping that one day someone with capable hands would take it over and bring Avenue-X back.

In May of 2003, and under new ownership, The original Avenue X came back online to much hoopla and controversy. Despite the detractors and with the support of many, avenue-x slowly built itself back in no time at all.

Nowadays, Avenue-X has grown beyond expectations. Membership and traffic has increased significantly over the last two years and Avenue-X is more popular than ever.
